how's about red beans and rice with your taco bake? maybe some spanish rice and refried beans? taco chips with salsa and guacamole?

How about black beans? Those are so healthy and go great with that type of recipe. Your whole menu sounds great!

I second the black beans. They are soooo good if you cook them along with about a third of the beans being pink beans, it makes a nice sauce to them.
